Exciting Fulbright Award Announcement: Uma Singh Joins the Fulbright Study and Research Cohort 2024/2025

We are thrilled to announce that US grantee to Germany 2024/25, Uma Singh, has been awarded a Fulbright in Voice for the 2024/2025 academic year! Uma will embark on an exciting journey to Germany to begin her project focused on the art songs of Franz Liszt at the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar.
During her time in Weimar, Uma will program and perform recitals of Liszt’s songs, delving into the rich tapestry of German Romantic storytelling and musical collaboration. In addition to these performances, she will also undertake the important task of cataloguing Liszt's works, contributing to the preservation and understanding of this pivotal figure in music history.
